  Mission Statement

The Lamont Ingram Developmental Organization (LIDO) for At-Risk Children serves as a platform for programs to offer a fair, equal opportunity for everyone to find their best success in life. We serve the disadvantaged populations in our community by providing mentorship, housing, and the unconditional love of Christ to anyone who meets the criteria for our programs. We willl never discriminate on the basis of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, or personal background. LIDO embodies the qualities promoted by Jesus Christ of unconditional love and forgiveness. Those who participate in our programs begin with a clean slate, and we help those who work hard, take personal accountability for their actions, and make a honest effort to build a better life. LIDO welcomes all who are willing to make their community a better, more prosperous place to live.

 Message From The Founder

Hello and Greetings,

Always striving to overcome life's challenges, I set my sites on assisting others. First, I am compelled to teach them to face life's challenges head on, so they are empowered to remove the obstacles that impede success. Second, I encourage others to put "GOD" first in their lives because when I put God first in my life I was given the strength and courage to move forward with this ideology. It is through my knowledge and experience that without GOD's help, we cannot prosper. I have had many challenges, but with God I am an achiever of his purpose!

Growing up in Jackson,TN, living through many challenges, I can identify with the struggles of many of the people who are faced with the challenges of life as well. Being the recipient of help and encouragement along the way, I am reaching out to share my own life's lessons by providing guidance to individuals that find themselves in similar difficult circumstances.

I am very passionate about the organization and its ability to serve the community of Jackson,Tennessee, and the residents of West, East, and Middle Tennessee. My deepest desire and personal challenge is to make a difference in someone's life, so I tell you from one who knows trouble but has overcome many obstacles, together we can do this, and it will be done!

We Can Do All Things Through Christ Who Strengthens Us! Be Blessed.

“All things are possible to those who believe”

You Can Do It!

Thank You So Much!
